Rambutan
A unique Asian fruit and a cousin to the lychee. It’s filled with fiber, antioxidants, and vitamin C. It promotes healthy digestion. Its flavor profile is a mixture of sweet and sour. Refreshing alone, in a salad, or your favorite cocktail!
How to peel it?
Remove the fruit by slicing the outer skin with a knife and squeezing opposite sides to pop it out. Discard the inedible seed in the center.
How to eat it?
This fruit can be eaten raw or grilled.

Rambutan Lime cocktail
A refreshing drink you can enjoy with or without alcohol!
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp palm sugar
- 2 limes
- 5 fresh rambutans in pieces
- 60 ml sparkling water
- Add rum or vodka if desired
- ½ cup crushed ice
Instructions:
- Combine palm sugar and squeezed lime juice into a glass.
- Add rambutan and muddle.
- Pour into a cocktail shaker with the water (and alcohol, if desired) and ice, shake thoroughly, and serve to enjoy.
